One thing you may notice if you use Google+ is that a lot of people will use different forms of formatting in their posts when they wish to emphasise certain things. It’s pretty simple to do, so lets take a look at a few useful ones.
How to bold words
To bold some words just add a star to the beginning and end of the word/s (no space).
*Bold these words* will give Bold these words
How to italicize words
To change your text into italics simply add an underscore to the beginning and end of the word/s.
_These words are now in italics_ will give These words are now in italics
How to strike though a word or sentence
To get this effect just add a hyphen to the beginning of the word or sentence and then to the end of it. Again there is no space.
