A five-minute behind the scenes video (B-Roll) has been released for the soon to be released Prometheus film directed by Ridley Scott. However, if you don’t want to see any spoilers (not big ones to be honest), then don’t watch.
The sets look incredible and it’s quite interesting watching Ridley direct certain scenes. Audio wise it’s 5/10 as there is an almost constant playing of music (from the film) during the video, so trying to listen to what Ridley is talking to them about is pretty hard to make out.
The film is set to hit UK theatres on June 8th for IMAX or June 1st for standard (which is when I have tickets booked). US is 8th June.
Synopsis:
A team of scientists journey through the universe on the spaceship “Prometheus” on a voyage to investigate Alien life forms. The team of scientists becomes stranded on an Alien world, and as they struggle to survive it becomes clear that the horrors they experience are not just a threat to themselves, but to all of mankind.
The release dates for Prometheus are actually incredibly unfair for a lot of people. In Germany & Switzerland, they have to wait till 9th August, but the Italians have to wait until October? Then they wonder why some people may turn to alternative sources to watch it earlier. Hmmm.
