It’s well known that Nexus 4 users aren’t able to increase the memory capacity of their phones due to hardware restrictions, so keeping any eye on what is taking up space on your phones internal storage is a very useful feature. I am using an unmodded Nexus 4 (bought via Play Store) and running Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1.
To access the storage are of your Nexus 4 head to your settings by simply dragging downwards from the top of your homescreen
Select the settings icon at the top right corner
Now select Storage
That’s it. You will now be able to see what is taking up the most space on your Nexus 4
